Shami Kabab Recipe

To minced meat add, onions, dal chana, garlic, ginger, Shami Kabab Recipe Mix with 4-6 glasses of water and cook on low flame till the meat and dal-chana is tender.

After meat is tender and water has dried, remove from flame and grind the mix to a coarse paste.

In the meat mixture, add finely chopped, green chilies, coriander, mint leaves egg and knead the mixture again. Make round and flat shaped Kababs.
4.
Heat ghee / oil, fry the Kababs till golden brown
